What a year it has been. It's been a long time coming. As we all know, we are living in a different time. As we sit back and watch all of the eventful things happen, what can we do in our surrounding communities to help and give back?
A couple of weeks ago, we came across a Non-profit Organization called Adventures to Dreams Enrichment ran by Sheila G. Their mission is to positively impact and empower the lives of diverse children ages 4-14 who live in at-risk communities. The enrichment program is designed to reach their potential, achieve and overcome anything in life. What is so great about this organization is that, they provide educational learning environments, child development workshops and hands on activities for the children.
Interested in how you can help?
Volunteer Your Time. Education. In-kind donations via resources that can help with the program and services.Support their garden; donations of fertilizer, water hose, wood, etc. Monetary donations to help fund their mission and to finish their fencing around their property.
